Dry-salted beef, whose specific name in italian is "Bresaola Bruna Alpina", is a product based on high quality beef meat. This specific sort of beef meat follows a peculiar preparation, which mainly consists of a seasoning process in brine, in order to acquire an unique flavour. This product is deliciuos as starter and combined with mushrooms and Trentino traditional cuisine. .
The dry-salted beef is shipped in vacuum packages in order to guarantee the perfect conditions for its preservation for a period of 2 months.
