Art. 2 Order Acceptance and Withdrawal

 

All data concerning products and prices are indicative, non-binding and they can be subjected to changes without notice from CRA. The contract is deemed to be concluded by a written confirmation of the purchase by CRA to the customer. The order must be sent in the standard available on the CRA website http://www.macellerianselmi.com and filled in entirely. The order acceptance of CRA is communicated by sending an order confirmation by e-mail to the customer. The customer may withdraw from the contract by sending a written notice(recorded delivery letter or fax) to the CRA ( company, located in TN 38025 Dimaro, Via Campiglio 29) within 10 days from the goods receipt,  without any additional cost and without specific justifications. The costs for the return and delivery of goods, which must also be made within 10 days from goods receipt, is at costumer’s expense. The returned goods must remain unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

 

Art. 5 Deadlines and payments

 

The purchase price is due at the time of order. The effective prices are those in force at the time of the order. The details for the payment will be sent via email after order confirmation.

 

 

Art. 7 Protection of personal data Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003

 

The customer declares to have been informed about the its personal data treatment procedure and the purpose of the data processing, as well as their rights accordingly to article 7 of the Decree no. 196/03 and subsequent modifications (Page Web: the menu bar at the bottom of the Home page).By clicking on the icon located at the bottom of the contract general conditions page, the customer declares to have received and taken note of the above information and authorizes  the data processing in relation to the purpose described in accordance with articles 23 and 24 of the cited Decree.
